Jean-Michel Guénard is part of a long pictorial tradition, having enjoyed a distinguished professional career between 1980 and 2008. His works have been acquired by numerous collections, notably in the United States and Japan, before he rediscovered his full creative energy in 2024 to dedicate himself once again to his passion for landscape and portraiture. Working in oil on linen canvas, the artist develops a highly personal impressionistic style, imbued with light and joy.
